I do not believe there is one right path through healing. Depending on what you are carrying, what feels safe, and what you hope for yourself, our work may draw from different approaches that help us understand both your inner world and the patterns shaping your daily life.

Beginning With an Intake Session
Every therapeutic relationship begins with an intake session.

From there, we can decide together what level of support and spaciousness may feel most helpful for you. Some people benefit from a steady 60-minute session, while others may occasionally need more time to slow down, explore something tender, or include deeper body-based and integrative work.

Standard Psychotherapy Session
60 minutes | $195 CAD
A steady, compassionate space for ongoing support.
This session offers room to bring what is on your heart and mind, explore thoughts and emotions, understand recurring patterns, and feel less alone in what you are carrying.

Body & Mind Integration
90 minutes | $292.50 CAD
A more spacious session for times when you want to slow down and listen more deeply.
Alongside conversation, there may be room to notice the signals of your body, emotions beneath the surface, protective patterns, and the parts of you that may need more care and attention.
​
Deepened Inner & Body-Based Work
120 minutes | $390 CAD
A longer, unhurried space for deeper exploration and integration. This session allows more time to move beneath the surface through mindful inquiry, body awareness, grounding, breathwork elements when appropriate, and compassionate attention to what is asking to be seen.

There is no pressure to choose before we meet. We will find what feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your needs together.

A Few Practical Details
Many extended health insurance plans include coverage for psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist. Because coverage varies by plan, please confirm your benefits directly with your insurance provider before beginning therapy.

Receipts are provided for reimbursement when applicable.

Sessions are offered virtually to adults 18+ across Ontario, in English and Spanish.
