Who takes care of the woman who takes care of everyone?
Who takes care of the woman who takes care of everyone?

Are you usually the one who takes care of everything?
The one who remembers, plans, organizes, checks in, keeps things moving, and makes sure everyone else is okay?
Maybe your life is not falling apart.
Maybe you are simply tired of always being in go-go-go mode.
Maybe it has been a long time since you had enough space to slow down and really notice how you are doing.
What you need.
What you feel.
What brings you joy.
Or what it might feel like to let someone else take care of the details for a while.
She Rises Softly was created with that woman in mind.
The woman who has spent so much time caring, doing, managing, and showing up for others that somewhere along the way, she became a little disconnected from herself.
This retreat is an invitation to experience the other side of caregiving.
To be nourished.
To be supported.
To slow down.
To step out of autopilot.
To have space where you do not have to plan everything, solve everything, or be responsible for everyone.
For six nights beside the warm volcanic waters of Laguna de Apoyo in Nicaragua, we are creating a small women’s retreat where much of the doing is taken out of your hands, so you can simply arrive and experience.
There will be nourishing meals, nature, warm water, gentle movement, breathwork, reflection, sensory experiences, meaningful connection, beautiful local experiences, and space to rest.
And something that feels very important to us:
You do not have to perform healing here either.
You do not need to fix yourself.
You do not need to become a new woman in six days.
Our intention is to create enough space, care, and quiet for you to reconnect with the woman who is already there.
To hear yourself again.
To feel yourself again.
To remember what it is like to move through life with a little less doing and a little more presence.
She Rises Softly February 14 to 20, 2027 Laguna de Apoyo, Nicaragua
